i'm anne-marie green. this morning the coronavirus threat is prompting state officials to take urgent action. governors in massachusetts, colorado, and north carolina are now the latest to declare states of emergency. the measure comes as philadelphia reports its first death from the virus. that brings the death toll in the u.s. to at least 32. there are more than 1,000 confirmed infections. in washington state, family members are on edge after 21 residents at a nursing home tested positive for the virus. that's the same facility where most of the deaths in the state have occurred. in california passengers continue to disembark from a coronavirus stricken cruise ship in oakland. they'll be quarantined at military bases or sent back to their home countries. and just outside of new york city a growing cluster of confirmed cases in new rochelle prompted the establishment of a containment zone. as meg oliver reports, the national guard will be deployed to disinfect the area and deliver supplies. >> this is lit
