the last time kron four's camera's spotted mark andrus was the first week of february. when andrus is seen leaving the san francisco county jail accompanied by his attorney -- public defender jeff adachi. this after san francisco district attorney george gascon announced the murder charge against andrus was dropped due to a lack of evdience. that despite, police chief greg suhr saying there is surviellance video showing andrus in possession of the suitcase found last month with a headless human torso. sunday night. chief suhr confirmed andrus died after admitting himself to a hosptial on saturday. though, the chief says he cannot confirm the cause of death or why he admitted himself to the hospital. andru's attorney released a statement saying quote i am sorry to learn that mark andrus died. during the short time i represented mark, i found him to be a kind and engaging person. andrus' was taken into custody late last month from his friend mark keever's apartment in the tenderloin neighborhood. here you can see a covered-up andrus escorted by police. keever says he last
