tonight the film festival will honor mark bingham. the documentary will be screened at camera 12. a hero on september 11, 2001, when he stormed the cockpit of flight 93 sacrificing his own life. tonight all 25,000 lights on the western span of the bay bridge will go dark for 10 minutes. organizers say it will be a good reminder what the city will look like without the installation. yesterday was the one-year anniversary of the debut. how would that weather be when we see the lights go out? >> it's going to start to clear out in the next few hours so we'll see clear skies. if you are around the bridge you'll be able to see it. no fog expected at least around that time. you'll notice we are starting to clear, satellite and radar does show the rain moved out. overnight we saw over 150 lightning strikes across california so we're done with that rain. if you are waking up the clouds hanging on, but by noon and this afternoon in san jose we'll see a good mix of sunshine, mid-60s there, emory industrial low 60s by noon, and a good mix of sun and clouds as well. one last stop shows san fr
