we heard just now from mark bone, who chairs the midland county board of commissioners. the latest situation is it's good news. the water was supposed to go to 38 foot and ended at 35.05 feet. there's still a lot of damage and people have lost homes, but we're now in the rebuilding mode and trying to make things right instead of the mode where we're wondering what's going to happen. so at least we are on the downside of the slope. and it comes to something when the river cresting atjust over 35 feet is good news. the amount of rain you had, was that unusual? yes, very unusual. we've had that maybe one other time and that happened and that happened to be in 2017. but it was very unusual, we had over seven inches of rain. and mark, what happened when the dams failed? what happened
