they were demanding that governor mark dayton wake up, come outside and give them a statement.as one fire at one point quickly put out. they also put up some crime tape from the crime scene itself and wrapped it around the gates of the governor's mansion but besides that it's really been peaceful. they've been chanting. they've had a lot of speakers out here this afternoon. from here, they're going to move over to the school where he worked. he was a cafeteria supervisor. so they're going to go over there for a vigil that will start here shorely. we're expecting this crowd to move that way just a few blocks over. >> all right. fox's courtney godfrey in st. paul for us tonight. thank you courtney. >> we're on top of this developing story 24/7 on fox29.com. as the news breaks you will find it on our home page. >>> all right. kathy orr has got that plane fired up. she made it back down the shore. >> you look so cute in that plane, too. you are in margate, of course, and perfect timing because do you feel the sea breeze? >> it's unbelievable. i mean we're aways from the beach right

ron, o'reilly your comments about our governor mark dayton were right on point.s should remember that. everyonen, o'reilly, top notch analysis, black lives matter works hard to promote tension with law enforcement. they whip up hatred. true, ethan. but now law enforcement has to emphasize restraint. especially at traffic stops and low-level beeves like selling cigarettes. the police must be part of the solution. they've got to be real aware of this and go out of their way not to inflame anything. nigel, new zealand. i love the usa but it has the highest death rate from guns in the -- there are only 4.4 million new zealanders. that's it. here in new york city alone, there are close to 9 million people, so it's much easier for you guys down there to isolate and control that behavior. dave, san mateo, california. o'reilly, i sent this message to my senator boxer and feinstein. i am perplexed by your vote against kate's law. i'm a registered democrat, and putting dangerous criminals in prison seems reasonable to me. why is it not reasonable to you? you should have us
