mark, thank you. >>> new this hour, a man accused of attacking a woman at her san francisco condo building will remain behind bars. >> a judge ordered austin vincent to remain in custody without bail. christina randone jones us from the hall of justice with new developments. >> reporter: good afternoon to you, frank and gasia. the judge made the ruling an hour ago to keep austin vincent without bail. he was visibly upset. he walked out of the courtroom cursing at the judge and continued to yell in the backyard. i do want to mention that the judge today is different than the original judge. this judge watched the video earlier this month and heard about another case against vincent. he has been in custody last week since he was accused by victims in a separate case of being the man who threatened them with a knife back in february, but today the judge dismissed that case after evidence shows vincent was in a substance abuse program in huntington beach at the time of the incident. still, the d. a.'s office argued that vincent is a threat to public safety if released and the judge ultimately agreed. >> we feel very strongly that detaining him at this juncture is the right approach. we do that through the len
