i'm mark kelly live in sonoma county.ad this flooding is here this morning. we're at the intersection of 12 and 121. and here's what it is looking like. we've been here for about an hour now. it's really starting to rise a little bit more. let's pan down for a second, john, you can see it's moving much faster than when we first got here an hour ago. if we show you here we have 12 headed eastward in front of the shell vista fire station, a good amount of water from the station. overnight sonoma county was getting in some parts of a half-inch an hour of rain. they could today see two to fourmore additional inches of rain in sonoma county. five inches in the mountains. so this kind of gives you a good picture of what they are dealing with out here. national weather service says we shouldn't so too much damage to -- see too much damage or property, or life threatening but you have to watch this getting through the roads, especially these roads in sonoma county. back to you. >>> this tuesday the western span of the bay bridge
