that is older americans act funding the state money is what's marked here as state but it's also the two buckets of realignment revenue. kelly the chairman and i were talking about this the other day it's hard to explain this very succinctly, but the basic idea is that in 1991 and in 2011 the state passed realignment laws which moved the responsibility for funding a number of programs within the area of social services to counties at the time it did that it created a dedicated added revenue source for counties and the money that goes into that that revenue source flows through the state sales tax and the state vehicle licensing fee. so as you'll see with the pie slices that are called realignment we get a large chunk of 1991 realignment that the das program that was realigned in 1991 with ihs and so this money goes to support local costs for ihs and we get a considerably smaller amount from 2011 realignment 2011 realigned aps costs and so the $6 million in here goes to support a share of the aps costs and then for local money we break that up into a number of different slices as well. so as you'll see we have the community l
