this just in, a judge in south carolina has decided that mark meadows must testify before a special grand jury in gull ton county, georgia. sara murrayreporter: the judge just ruled. and he said that i will find that the witness mark meadows is material and necessary to the investigation. he points out the state of georgia is assuring that it won't cause any undue hardship for meadows to show up. the reason it has to go through a south carolina judge is because the georgia prosecutor is looking for an out of state witness and the south carolina judge needs to sign off. and so meadowss arguing that whether this sth really a criminal procedure. and he said if you want to make these arguments, you have to make them in a criminal procedu. and he said if you want to make these arguments, you have to make them in georgia. meadows attorneys say that he will appeal and so i doubt this is the final word. we've seen with other subpoenas that he received particularly with the january 6 committee subpoena that he has been trying to fight that again on the grounds of executive privilege. so i suspect the fight will carry on. >> yes, it will keep
