we showed you the 27-year-old mark sanders arrested in livermore on early tuesday morning. he's one of at least seven people now in custody in this case, all expected to make the first court appearance tomorrow morning. their arrest will come nearly a week since officer tuan le was killed. and expected of the marijuana legal grow house. police say they were shocked when the suspect tried to get away. issuing a statement at that point saying her office is ready to prosecute whoever is responsible. we're expecting to hear more from her tonight. >> expected to hear from a lot of people at once, which is kind of rare. the condolences for the man's family that's awful. a lot of people want answers. but officials have not said a lot about this yet, so that is the focus. but also i know this will come at a time when there is some instability for oakland, going without a year. >> yeah, they say they are more concerned about the city. the state of the city than ever. we heard today that this officer's death should be a wake up call for the entire city. >> out of all the things we ha
