i'm mark sayre, cbs 5. >>> we are looking at chopper 5 pictures. on east 14th street. it looks as though the crowd is breaking away. it has been a little unclear. this again is an oscar grant protest, protesting what they claim is police brutality. it started at city hall and have kind of spread out. police have been lining the intersections. we have no clear direction on where these folks are going but it looks as if the stand off is over and it looks as if the protesters -- one thing they have had a beautiful night. and perhaps that is working to the police officer's. >> it has been warm out there. woman and clear -- warm and clear for the most part. this is what most of us are looking at this evening. while on the east coast the snow is flying for much of the eastern sea board as we will continue to languish some of this lovely fall pattern here. continued dry and mild with some patchy fog on monday. cooling down a bit with a chance of showers come friday with much cooler weather expected into next weekend. but for the short term it is looking pretty nice out there.
