what stands out to you about the judge's ruling on mark meadows request? >> simone, for anyone who is paying attention, this should not have come as a surprise. you cannot be the chief of staff to the united states of america and simply of the executive branch and make calls about a state election and then tried to say that you are acting in your official capacity. the argument itself did not hold water and the judge got right to that and made it very, very clear for mark meadows that his argument was not going to have any traction. i think it is important to understand the larger implications here for anyone else who would seek to use that as an avenue to try to get that case transferred out of georgia on to the third level, it is not going to work. and so i think the judge made very quick work of that argument and did it in such a very specific way that it can't be used again. so, that was one of the things that i thought was really, really well done about the subpoena. >> but now mark meadows has filed an appeal to the 11th circuit court. is that going to be succ
