let's check in with meteorologist mark tamayo. >> for cinco de mayo. things will be cooler.ve the fog regrouping coast side and right around the bay. temperatures start to trend down. the satellite perspective, we can show you. this can you see that fog bank out here. that coupled with more of an onshore breeze start to cool off the coast also towards san francisco and oakland. you will notice some clouds up to the north, not the low clouds but some higher clouds and even a few thunderstorms, in fact, as you come in tighter, you see the lightning detectors to the north, you start to the south and east of chico. and a little bit of activity right now. basically, this is dying off. a few sprinkles, a few light showers approaching parts of lake county and the eastern portions of sonoma county as well but mainly just some clouds for that region. as far as current temperatures, they are in the 50s in san francisco. san jose, currently the upper 70s and still some 80s to report. still ettywarm out towards fairfield, antioch and livermore last check reporting 80 degrees. wind speed

meteorologist mark tamayo joins us next with more on the cool down headed our way. >>> very nice day. rain keeping it cool for the coast. readings mainly in the lower 60s. seven 70s in the bay but the warmest locations are up. here you can see the latest in the storm tracker two and the fog bank is regrouping. here is the latest revenue. approaching monterey bay as well. for the clouds a big factor in our forecast early monday morning. as far as current temperatures updated for the 10:00 hour, they are ranging from the 50s in half-moon bay and san francisco. san francisco 56 degrees, napa at 58. still a few low 70s out toward antioch. today if you're at the coast you probably notice the dense fog out there. a shallow marine layer in place right around 5,000 feet. what will be happening overnight and into monday. we'll have a deeper marine layer that will help transport for the cooler spot so everybody have cooler weather. morning clouds and drizzle especially coast side. wind speeds pick up at 15 to 23 miles per hour. so it will be breezy out there. everybody cools just a few degrees
