senator markey, thank you so much for your time. we know it is a very busy but unusual weekend for you. i want to go straight to some of the news that just came out, that the senate parliamentarian just ruled that a piece of this act, or this, bill cannot pass the chamber with fewer than 60 votes. this deals with a provision that would have been able to control drug prices for about 180 million americans. senator, tell us, does this affect anyone's decision on the downside to be able to still vote to make sure that this goes forward? >> i doubt it. because we have a compliment hans of package here. remember, this is a single largest climate energy bill in american history. it is going to dramatically reduce greenhouse gases. it is going to create millions of new jobs. it is going to get $60 million in a climate justice environmental justice. for millions of black, brown, indigenous people across the country. it has subsidies for the affordable care act as well. it is going to be taxing, this is the way to justice, it will be taxing
