off in the back of the room, you can see sierra lamar's mother, her father, marlene and steve, and herthat's supposed to happen any minute now. since sierra lamar's disappearance on march 16th, hundreds of people have shown up to take part in several volunteer search efforts. and another volunteer search effort is under way right now. the line to sign up to volunteer this morning went out the door of burnett elementary and stretched all the way out into the parking lot. when we talked to steve lamar, sierra's father, he says that they are very grateful for the community support and it's thanks to some of that financial support and the donations they have received that they are able to offer this reward. he wouldn't tell me the exact amount. they are waiting for the announcement to unveil that, but did say the reward that they are offering is going to be in the ball park of about $10,000. steve lamar says he hopes that amount of money will entice someone with information to come forward. >> there's got to be someone out there that knows something. someone just doesn't disappear without,
