marquis banks and moufassa haulcy. were arrested on suspicion of auto thefts at brand motors and trax auto back in august. in the first burglary. the suspects stole two cars from brand motors. then, several days later. police say, the suspects broke in and stole more than 40 sets of car keys at trax auto. they allegedly returned early the next morning to drive away with two cars. san mateo police are also working with police in belmont. where in a similar case. several cars were also stolen from a dealership. leaders from eight of san francisco's 9- firefighter unions say. they want new direction. and that starts with a new fire chief. those unions are finalizing a letter to mayor ed lee. requesting new leadership. the unions say, there is a lack of paramedics. which has been causing slow e-m-s response times. in some instances it can take up to two- hours. fire chief joanne hayes- white spoke out today. about the letter. which is expected to be given to the mayor. their discipline cases that frankly i think people are
