[ screaming and cursing ] >> reporter: while it's not clear how he got the gun, it was stolen from a federal immigration agent back on september 13 in san francisco's south beach neighborhood. 24-year-old sean gibson is accused of stealing the i.c.e. agent's service weapon out of a rental car at second and south park. authorities say gibson stole the agent's cell phone, badges, handcuffs, ammunition and a police baton. some of the items were recovered. the gun was not until later. i mentioned that holloway was
