we are now learning new details about a deadly police shooting in martinez. it happened august 18th when martinez police say they responded to a break in at a cannabis dispensary just west of interstate 680. there, officers tell us a suspect a detective with his car before driving toward two officers. that's when police say they opened fire, killing the driver. a police attorney says that that driver was unarmed and today the suspect was identified as 20 year old damon wilson. the east bay times reports his family's attorney is now calling for martinez police to release body cam video from that shooting. the state attorney general's office continues to investigate the incident due to the suspect being unarmed. the valley water board of directors has approved additional resources to support cleaning up trash, debris and hazardous pollutants along waterways in santa clara county. it's part of two new programs they voted to support the clean camps clean creeks program will provide debit cards to homeless residents who maintain clean camp areas. this comes from a
