a pass sa mart found -- pisa mart is a crime scene. fox 5 paul wagner is following this one live tonight. what do you know? >> reporter: brian, what we know is the pizza mart is run by two brothers. they took turns running the place 24 hours a day. around 8:00 one brother showed up to relieve the other. the building was locked up tight and his brother was missing. for some reason five hours went by before the police were called. when they went inside, they found the brother apparently murdered. the pizza mart operates 24 hours a day. according to police and neighbors, the brothers took turns running the business. one ran it at night and the other during the day. it's a troubled block and the brothers did not put up with troublemakers, calling the police when they field threatened. they posted photos of people they barred from the store on the front window. the arson task force was called to the scene but police say there was no fire. there was no evidence of foul play. however, police say it can be a tough place to do business. >> we g
