soon after that arrest, federal agents asked a judge's permission to raid winky's home in martinsburg, west virginia. they say they had probable cause to believe winky was possibly going to commit violence against senior homeland security officials and they found hollow point bullets, pepper spray and two radio devices in his home. again, those filings, they say the federal agents found winky in close proximity of a meeting of senior officials when they questioned him. a meeting he was aware of. he hasn't responded when we sought out winky and his lawyer to comment. on news 4 at 5:00 we will take you to martinsburg and the neighborhood that the federal agents raided and more on what the federal agents say initially made them suspicious. >>> hundreds of customers who live around clairendon boulevard and a transformer fire is to blame. crews are still cleaning up the mess in arlington. callers reported an explosion shortly before 10:00 this morning and firefighters had to bring in national airport because water isn't effective on a transformer fire. >> when i first got here, the flames were coming up

and just east of martinsburg and maryland, the panhandle, really seeing some showers. and now, thunderstorms, back off through west virginiaand we know they don't need any more rain, especially for southern parts of west virginia. and that is where we have the flash flood watch. and that area is so saturated, that any additional rainfall, and with these thunderstorms, brewing, this afternoon, it could be potentially some flooding concerns. so hagerstown, downtown to frederick, it is going to be thunderstorm that could carry oned to east for now. looking at the flash flood watches for areas in that green color. that is what we are watching later on this afternoon. because these storms, are going to be pretty slow-moving for sure. and take a look at the future cast. would he have winchester up -- we have winchester up through martinsburg and passing by. as we head farther south, the storms develop and really slow down. the front is going to slow its forward speed, and that is going to cause a lot of rain and heavy rain. through areas south of 66. and most areas for your drive home today are going to be describe around 95. an

this area right here is prime around the hampshire county, west virginia area, frederick county, back towards the martinsburg area. i expect more storms to develop here. you've seen what's happening. we've seen numerous thunderstorms continuing to develop here as we move on through. every county associated with this line now has a severe thunderstorm warning. we have isolated storms now. tonight around 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, that's when we'll see the strongest storms move through the area. tornado warning for loudoun county that goes until 6:30 tonight. that's the one that we're going to continue to watch moving south and east at 25 miles an hour. it is going to move right through southwest portions of loudoun county and then notice this one too. i showed you this a little bit earlier. this one was moving east and now it is a right mover. it's a right mover because it has that rotation and it is moving down towards fauquier county. this is going to come very close to 66 in the next half hour to 45 minutes. we'll continue to see if that one has rotation with it too, but it has a lot of damage associated with it.
