if you think about -- we all know the business crisis, we know the business models right now as marty baronm in jen. and so what is happening is 70 cents of every ad dollar goes to facebook and google, that leaves 30 cents going to the local news organizations, they are fighting over it and they won't survive. we think that there is a real increasing role for nonprofits to step into this space. report for america is a nonprofit. >> so what is your business model then, how are you -- >> yeah, thanks. ou our business model is trying to deploy into host news organizations. we chose a whole host of news rooms, 165 news rooms where we'll place 250 reporters. and we have support from the knight foundation and other foundations and we'll be paying for half their salaries. we asked the news organizations to pay for 25% and then we help the news organizations raise the additional 25%. and so this is really kind of a call to service, this is teach for america for journalism or the peace corps for journalism to say let's go out into mississippi and appalachia, in ohio, on the border in texas, let's ge
