everybody, i'm marty gonzales said there was more unrest across parts of the bay area last night as the protests turned to looting in some cities the kron 4 sarah stinson is live in walnut creek this morning with the latest overnight developments era. >>robin marty protests here in walnut creek remain mostly peaceful. we'll get to that in a bit but first police in valais ho are responding and investigating a officer involved shooting after first responding to a case of looting in the area you can see in the video there it happened on the 1000 block of redwood street at or near walgreens around midnight police have not released much information yet you can see in the video what looks like a bullet hole in the drive-thru window. so walgreens pharmacy you can see police surrounding their investigation around an suv we're working on gathering more information about that looks like a tense scene there in vallejo until we do get more information. and take a look at this officers in walnut creek used tear gas on protesters after a more peaceful protests became more tense and violent protesters

everyone the time 7.29, i'm robin winston good morning, everybody, i'm marty gonzales we're going to start this half hour with a check the forecast. >>here's dave spahr. >>martin robin good morning, good morning, everybody all well part of the picture is gone, but you get the important part of it this san jose state and it's the beautiful blue skies that we have up above that we're talking about here 50's and some 60's on our board at this hour now in iraq at 65 delay how it's 61 but elsewhere, it's pretty much mid to upper 50's at that. but this red flag warning here we have winds at about 45, maybe perhaps today in some of the hills of southern marine going on here as well as sonoma counties nap in there. and again the higher elevations we're watching for all of this and includes portions of solano county to out there to the east particularly tackles included in that but that of the south, not directly impacted so for these winds it's going to freeze it into the mid afternoon here. notice the direction is ideal in solano county for that offshore wind but already chipping away here
