among those getting ready is marvin dawes, a full time driver for ten years.keep on building up, you know, it's like itjust keep boiling and boiling. he says every worker deserves more. well, we'rejust looking forfairness in terms of, you know, a fair day's pay, a fair day's work. so it is looking for fairness. the teamsters union, which represents roughly 340,000 ups workers across the country, wants higher pay, especially for part—time workers. this is picket practice. as you can see, strike preparations are shifting into high gear. the union wants to ramp up the pressure on ups to meet its demands. anthony rosario is one of the organizers, a former ups driver. he was part of the last strike in 1997 that cost the company hundreds of millions of dollars. for him, this isn'tjust a fight for higher wages at ups. we want to win big for our ups workers, but we're winning for all those other workers that don't have a union. those amazon workers who are being exploited, those wal—mart workers, the target workers, all these mega corporations, they're throwaway jobs.
