mary thompson she's with us here at the new york stock exchange as well today. she's tracking the action at the big board. what do you see today, what trends? >> we want to focus on the material stocks. newmont is one of the stocks under pressure. as you were mentioning at the top of the show the higher dollar is pressureing the commodities. we saw a pullback in gold and copper, down over 2%. that in turn is pressuring some of the material stocks freeing freeport prt freeport-mcmoran. along with energy, industrial and technology socktocks. also weaker allegheny technologies, some of the specialty materials companies taking a hit as well along with owens illinois. that's one group that we're watching. again, as you mentioned it was a stronger dollar and whether or not that has to do with a weaker euro today as opposed to the data which, again, the number of people were telling me was mixed today. that certainly is having an impact on the stock market. >> i'm glad you brought up a couple of those materials names. anthony, a question to you. how much of this might
