again, these are massing diagrams, not fully in the architectural plan. this one has a 2 stories steps down the hillside on the steps in both directions, entries off the steps and then from the rear stepping down again like most of the topography and larger units in telegraph hill to the west and to the south as well in mass. and then there is the view at the top of the fill bert step through the view corridor on the proposed project on 111 telegraph. another idea with parking part of the wider view corridor to the turn radius of a car if parking had to be done, it would be nice to get the parking garage off the stairs and would be safer and better to the residents as well as getting maximum use anden enjoyment out of the view corridor. this is a three 3-unit and one below and this is a profile on the fill bert steps. a massive diagram on the two 2 units basically two and three stories 3 stories with a parking level basically one 1/2 levels down below those two 2 units. not a deep excavation to accommodate a three 3-car parking garage. the rear view stepp

that's right, big change in our air mass.ou can really feel the difference when you stepped outside this morning. that cold front came through. back to september conditions. 71 at the airport in philadelphia, mount pocono already in the up are 50's. that humidity is gone. yes you can open up the windows again, cut off that ac save a couple bucks on the electric bill. we're enjoying mid 60's in doylestown and pottstown. quakertown already at 59 degrees. compare these numbers to this time yesterday. we're about two to 13 degrees cooler so that's a sign of that cooler and drier air mass building on in. you could see some clouds and shower activity well to the south but we're protected by an area of high pressure right over the great lakes. what that does is keeps us dry for monday but also a clockwise flow around the high gives us an east to northeast wind flow so that also keeps our temperatures below average over the next few days. certain feel like fall by the time you wake up tomorrow morning. 50's in the suburbs. pretty nic
