massmutual. >>> biotech is up and newton says its outperformance.om a few weeks back >> yeah, i still have not pulled the trigger. i see what he sees is higher lows are a very important step if you're trying to say whether or not you've seen the worst of something in a given stock i think you're starting to see the beginning of that. too soon for me to pull the trigger. i would tell you if i were to i would probably be focused more on ibb which is overweighted toward the largest companies with the best balance sheet some of which pay dividends in biotech. the xpi would probably trail it if we're still in the mode of people focused more on quality but directionally give you the same move if, in fact, the bio tech sector breaks out but the xpi is 40 stock, each equal weighted and that gives a lot more participation to small cap growth biotechs which quite frankly i don't think are going to outperform their larger cap more stable brethren so i would focus on ibb if i were to take the trade. i haven't yet. i'll keep you posted. >> steve weiss, you playe
