we'll take a look from our mast cam to show you where it occurred as you travel from route one in laurel heading eastbound onto 19 #. it was right there at the ramp. a metro dash cam, a metrobus dash cam did catch all of this on camera. so take a look at that video, you can see the white pickup truck strikes a pedestrian on the side of road. it is off the roadway. the bus driver and a driver of another car did stop and they were not able to get the license plate. truck is described as an f-2 other pickup with a super cab, extended bed. model year 2005 to 2007 and police believe it could be someone's work truck because there was some writing on the door. there was only one working brake light, the back left light and there is also likely significant front end damage. police say it is unlikely the damage did not know what he or she had done, that they had hit someone. residents and business owners in the area call the entire thing disturbing. >> it is terrible because at least he could have stopped and see what they could do to help the person. >> whatever you hit with your car, you can te
