three dementia patients accidentally poisoned at the atria senior care home in san mateo. tonight we learned the state of california might revoke that facility's license. last august we reported on this extensively. staff members accidentally served cleaning fluid to those three dementia patients thinking it was fruit juice. two of those seniors died. the department of senior services has filed new action against atria. according to the report, atria did not handle the employees properly to handle the chemicals. joining us is candice nguyen who has been on the story for months for us now. this is a big deal here. could they come in and close it? and what's the timeline? >> it could. right now that timeline is unclear because they're in discussions. but it could shut them down. the state action is pending, and the facility has appealed these action. at 5:30 i told you it was unclear whether the move to revoke the license was a result of the poisons. but right before the newscast i got state documents confirming it is. and i also found a very new and interesting accusation t
