it's terrifying video matt and tam.ne carrying 58 people crashed only about five minutes after takeoff into a river in taipei. at least 15 people have died and there's a desperate rescue effort going on right now. take a look at that video. that was dash cam video of that car traveling over the bridge and you can see as that plane wing just clips the taxi traveling over the bridge there. now, you can see it hurdling out of control. taiwan's official news agency reported that the pilot app feared try to steer the plane back in control but was obviously unsuccessful. there were two people in in taxi. they were injured but are now in stable condition after being taken to a hospital. this is video here of the rescue effort going on right now trying to save passengers and crew members inside that plane which is submerged in the river. this all happened around 11:00 a.m. local time and it's really amazing that anyone survived that crash. we know most of the people on board were chinese tourists. there were also at least two c
