chart talk is next matt cavanaugh of cmz trading joins us now. he is going to be listening in on what's happening with pandora today. good morning to you matt. > >good morning. > >traders seem very focused on this stock. is it a trading opportunity or is it a buying opportunity? > >i think it's more of a trading opportunity. this is one of those stock's that's really had a nice run. it's in the news. a lot of people are aware of it. it's up about 300% on the year so i think it's time to be cautious and really watch what they have to say more than anything. > >what will traders be listening for? > >they're a big mobile ad revenue company---one of the biggest. so that has been a really hot topic in the news. it's gonna be one people are focusing on but it's also a competitive industry that they're in and apple they just came in and are competing with them. so i think if you look at how they're doing on the ad revenue side, where they are seeing their growth and what kind of affect apple is having on their business, that's gonna be the key to watch.

joining us now is matt cavanaugh of cmz trading. good morning matt. > >good morning. > >after macy's blowout numbers, what do you suspect we'll hear from nordstrom? > >i think it's gonna be really interesting to watch. you highlighted macy's. the stock exploded the other day. their same store sales the last quarter were 3.5% up versus 2% expected. so they really knocked the cover off the ball. and nordstrom people are gonna be looking at it but their expectations have actually come down over the last 3 months. so i think if they're on the same course as macy's the we could really see a nice pop to the upside. > >is this a stock that you would buy? > >it is. it's tough to say that as we're at all time highs in these retailers but i think that of all of them, nordstrom is really one that the management excels and they also have the nordstrom rack story which is catering to maybe a little bit different class than the regular nordstrom stores. so they're firing on 2 different areas. so it's definitely one i would buy and i think it's ver

stock was tumbling so quickly yesterday it actually tripped circuit breaker-- joining us now is matt cavanaugh of cmz trading. good morning. is there hope for that stock today? > > yeah i think there is hope. you know this is one of those stocks there's been a lot of interest in. it's had a huge move to the upside before the number came out, it was up over 400% for the year and i think it's just a little bit of profit taking, but definitely one of those stocks that there's gonna be volatility-- it's going to continue to be volatile. so something to watch, but i think for the long-term: definitely hope. > > what's your buy level? > > well the next support i see for this stock is 130. i think it's possible it could get down there, but this is one of those things where all bets are off. it's a stock that people are really passionate about and it could go up to 200 or it could go back down to 100. the company's a game changer, but the stock is something to watch i would say. > > also to be watch today: the gdp number coming out. what's your expectations matt? > > well i think that expectations hav
