"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live. matt the district attorney says it's important to vote but to protect the vote. explain. >> absolutely vai. when people go to the polls today the da says he doesn't want any kind of funny business. arrest warrants issued for four people yesterday, people who worked at the election last year. the discrepancy happened at the han caulk recreation center according to d.a. seth williams. they're accused of trying to fix a discrepancy between the number of votes cast and the number of names on the sign-in sheet. all of this time they were being watched by a certified poll watcher. they want people watching if there's anything suspicious. they say any kind of voter fraud is troubling. >> there's no more fundamental right than americans have is voting. we have to take seriously any and all infractions in that regard. >> reporter: there is a big push to get more young voters to the polls. the single biggest issue they want the next may oral candidate to focus on. matt delucia, "nbc 10 news." >>

"nbc 10's" matt delucia live for us in ocean city. matt, a lot of people are do you know the shore for the holiday. for others this is no vacation right? >> reporter: that's right, chris. a lot of work going on out here. we have some of the workers picking up some of the trash, cleaning up after all the crowds were out here last night. we are seeing more people out here on the boardwalk though. some people getting out their early run or some of the folks out here on the bikes. people are enjoying this lovely weather. of course i have been changing my shirt two to three times throughout the morning. now i have the polo shirt on because it's getting nicer as the morning goes. stores and restaurants that had closed up for the winter they're starting to reopen. the next three months, they are all important. for some it's their only income. friday their expectations were reasonably high. we did see big crowds. a lot of people outside on the boardwalk and beaches. the ocean still a little too cold for swimming at this point, but some brave s

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live on the scene with an update. what have you learned, matt? >> reporter: police have been on the scene for a little more than two hours. 1800 block of rose wood street. i'll get out of the way. a few minutes ago a police car was out in front of the house where this all happened. a woman came out of the house, went with a police officer. they just left the scene here. but a lot of the focus has been on the rear of the house. sky force 10 was over the scene not long ago where we saw detectives and police officers behind the house. police tell us a man tried to get through the back door of the 1800 block of rosewood street here, a house. he was not able to get in. someone was able to call 911 and officers responded before that man could get inside. again, no one was hurt, but neighbors understandably are concerned about two sex assaults that happened in this area one earlier this week here on the same block. the 1800 block of rosewood street. another happened on the 1700 block of chadwick just a few blocks away. that was back in march when a woma

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live on the scene on west cayuga street. matt, what else can you tell us? >> reporter: vai, we just got out on the ground a few minutes ago. i'm going to step out of the way. this is the house affected by the fire. the bulk of the damage i'm told is in the rear of this. i spoke to chief cologne from the philadelphia fire department. chief, can you tell us an update on what happened out here this morning? >> okay. upon arrival crews were met with heavy fire. it quickly spread to the adjoining properties. two occupants were removed, transported to temple hospital with smoke inhalation and other injuries. bulk of the fire has been knocked down and it's under investigation by the fire marshall's office. >> you found one of the victims out here on the street? >> exterior face down. >> the woman inside was panicking? >> we got her out of the building and she was transported. >> reporter: what's happening now? you're making sure that the fire is completely out? >> fire marshall is in there doing his investigation. the fire has been

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live on the scene in east windsor. ng us up to speed. >> reporter: tracy, a couple of minutes ago i spoke with the fire chief of the east windsor fire department. he tells me some updated information. i'm going to talk about that as i step out of the way. you can see the scene here, the fire department is starting to pack up and move out. there are two total injuries one from a man who was in the second floor apartment here that was where the fire started. he jumped from that window. at this point the condition is still unknown. then there was also a firefighter who was injured, had an injury to his foot. that firefighter i'm told was taken to the hospital and was treated and released. the major situation out here is all the people who have been evacuated, the people who have been displaced. there are 16 units here. we have video from one of the witnesses out here who saw the fire. you see the intensity of it. a lot of flames. a lot of smoke. 16 units in this one row of 579s out here. we have a bottom floor and a top fl

to give you a much better idea of what the scene looks like, let's go to "nbc 10's" matt delucia. matt. >> reporter: tracy, what a difference daylight makes out here. we're starting to get some sunrise. you can get a little bit more better perspective just what happened out here. you can see more of those train cars that went off the tracking out here and you can see, i'm going to draw where the train was coming from. they were heading north in that direction and right there is where it went off the tracks there. you have several of these cars that are pushed right on to trees. you also see the front engine right there that is separated as well. we're going to pan left a little bit here where we have been seeing throughout the morning some of the heavy equipment start to arrive. would he have a lot of these very heavy train cars that need to be up righted and removed from the scene and right over here you can start to see some of the cranes that we have started to see arriving within the past few minutes. we've seen some of the vehicles even pull up next to or alongside of some of

"nbc 10's" monique braxton is live. tell us what happened. >> reporter: firefighters tell us they were called here just before 4:00 this morning for a fire. the fire marshall has just exited the scene. on the other side of this white vehicle here you see a meeting underway between the fire marshall, lni who just arrived, as well as two members of the atf squad. i asked him at this point what are you looking at and they said we really can't comment but all of us were summoned h

nbc 10e's matt delucia is live in port richmond. matt, what can you tell us? >> reporter: tracy, as you mentioned, the last of the rail cars has been removed from the scene. now we're seeing more of an effort to get the tracks back up in working order. hindes me behind me you can see that effort. we're going to take a look at sky force 10 live over the area. more than 56 hours after this crash the ntsb says investigators are still looking at the trainee vent-- train event recorder. they're looking at the braking system and front facing camera installed on the train. there is good quality video leading up to the point of derailment when the train tilts to the right and the recording goes black. as of right now we are waiting for the engineer who has agreed to be interviewed by investigators in the next couple of days. >> our big priority is to continue to analyze the event data recorder. we want to be able to schedule interviews with people who are on that train. those types of things are what we want to do. eventually we'll do a break check. >> frankford avenu

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live there. matt the first train bound for new york was delayed a little bit. tell us what happened as people were getting on. >> well i was talking with a lot of these travelers and they were just happy to finally get on the train after having that service suspended for almost a week. the travelers as you saw from jesse gary's live shot on their way to new york city at 30th street station. now we're seeing a steady stream of people coming in and more trains departing for new york city and beyond for the northeast corridor. mayor nutter was out here greeting passengers and amtrak was out here reassuring everyone of the safety of these rails. a live look from sky force 10 where you can see the curve where the derailment happened on tuesday night. they have improved safety measures including automatic measures that will slow the train if it is speeding along with other safety measures including finders that will alert the engineers if the trains are speeding and how fast it should be going. some pas

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is on the scene. matt are they close to bringing the fire under control and how soon will they open 29th. do you have any information? >> reporter: vai, it definitely looks like they have the fire under control. we moved closer. i'll get out of the way so you can see the activity. we have not seen much more in the way of flames out here in the past 30 minutes. some flare-ups. you can see the ladder truck over there spraying water onto the property. you see three here one left one center one right. some ladders there. we saw the firefighters on the second and third floors. you can see it right now. they're up there with some of the flashlights. over in that center property there, they're still trying to battle this fire and putting out the hot spots. take a look at video. this was shot about an hour ago when there was very heavy flame activity coming out of the roof of the structure. very heavy smoke in this area as well billowing out of the roof of this property. just kind of lingering in the air out h

"nbc 10's" matt delucia just got on scene. matt, what can you tell us from where you are? what are you seeing? >> reporter: tracy, we can see a lot of firefighter activity. this area blocked off. 29th and diamond street. these are the pictures we've been showing you for about the past hour. you can see right there, we do still see some flames shooting out of the roof of this building here. you see three row homes now looks like is affected by all of this. would he see firefighter up on the ladder of a ladder trying to get into the third story window. heavy, black smoke coming out of the roof. a ladder truck on this side. when we were pulling around this area trying to find a parking spot i saw more firefighter activity on the other end. they're trying to a being at that the fire from several different angles out here. you can see there's still a whole lot of activity. at this point very heavy smoke throughout the area. there are saws in the distance trying to get the fire under control. at least looks a little bit more under control than what we saw in the past few minutes

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live in sky force. matt what can you see? >> reporter: tracy you talk about the difficulty of having all the darkness out there seeing how this happened around 9:00 last night. just out in the distance here over the horizon, we can start to see some faint light coming up over here. of course, that daylight will certainly help the investigators out here as they arrive later this morning. right here you can see one of the pieces of the wreckage out here, one of the mangled cars. right here a beam that went right into one of the train cars. so you see a lot of the damage out here just a huge metal beam that went through. we've also seen some of the more heavy equipment coming into this area trying to get ready to upright some of these cars this morning. we've seen a lot of these emergency workers out here. some of them almost in a holding pattern just trying to -- trying to draw on the screen. you can see some hanging around just waiting for those investigators to get into this area. also seeing some of the other freight cars. l

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live. matt, the primaries are in the books and now it's on to the general election where they're expecting probably a landslide there, too. >> reporter: that's right. with democrats outnumbering republicans 7 to 1, many believe it won't be a fight come november. that there was the scene at jim kenney's victory party last night. kenney won the primary with more than half of the vote. voter turnout was low. less than 27%. by comparison the turnout for the general election in 2011 the last mayor's race was 20%. not too many people voting for mayor in recent years. we saw and heard plenty of ads. state senator anthony hardy williams outspend kenney's campaign. in the end that did not matter. these six candidates in for a long haul with four debates and 70 forums. jim kenney made some campaign promises known. >> fighting for universal pre-k, community schools, community schools. a real living wage and the end to stop and frisk. >> reporter: here is the match-up to succeed mayor michael nutter. ag

matt delucia is live on the scene. he talked to the fire commissioner. us more. >> tracy, we spoke with him a short time ago. a lot of questions right now as to how the fire started because these three homes behind me they were vacant at the time. behind me you can see the couple hours later these firefighters are still trying to put out the hot spots. start around 3:30 this morning. told a 911 call came in to report the fire in this vacant building. it started there in the center structure where you see all the water going up there on the second floor. take a look at video early on when the firefighters responded. you can see how intense the fire got. a lot of flames. a lot of heavy smoke coming out of the roof of this building. a lot of serious damage to these three homes out here. again, they were all vacant at the time. now here's one of the challenges that firefighters had to deal with. the building was boarded up at the time so they had to break through. the fire commissioner was talking to us. here are some of the difficulties they had to face. >>

matt delucia is live on the scene. do firefighters have it under control? >> reporter: it does appear that that is the case. it appears that the fire has spread to a third property. we still have fire department activity. they have the ladder trucks still spraying water on to this row home structure. we saw flames shooting through the roof. this is within the past hour we could see very heavy flames coming through the roof of this building. now at this point we're not seeing a lot of that. thick, black smoke is coming from the building. we're told there are no injuries. we still see a lot of firefighters out here on the scene trying to make sure that this thing does not flair back up. i can tell you just within the past five minutes we did see a little flare-up as we come back live and see the second and third stories to the right. we see flames shooting through the roof there not long ago. so it does appear to the firefighters they're still working on this one. they still have water coming on it from several different angles. 29th and diamond street. when

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live in sky force 10. matt. >> reporter: we've been back up in the air for about 30 minutes now. you can see a vast difference compared to what we saw initially after this crash happened shortly after 9:00 last night. you can see that there are still a lot of emergency workers. there is a lot more light that is out here on the scene as well. it was very dark a little bit earlier about 10:00, 11:00. they even had to bring in helicopters from the police to get over this area to shine some lights on all the wreckage out here. now we see several units out here shining lights on to this area. let's zoom in a little bit here and you can see the bulk of the wreckage, the worst part is right here at the center of your screen. we can see at least one of the cars here just completely turned over. another car right here also turned over. a lot of these train cars they are either on their side or turned over completely. we saw some of the rescue workers with ladders at the windows trying to get to the people. what we s

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is there. matt, tell us what's going on right now. >> reporter: tracy, we did see that flare-up a few minutes ago. i'm going to get out of the way. the firefighters are still tending to the building here. this is the windsor castle apartments on devonshire in east windsor, mercer county. they're keeping an eye on the roof of this structure. it's an entire row of amounts. as we go over to the right here you can see all of the fire department activity all of the trucks ambulances emts, everyone who is out here right now responding to this fire. a large response from east windsor and the neighboring towns in this area. now i've been talking with some witnesses out here. one of them actually was out here recording this whole thing with his cell phone and i believe we do have some of that video for you right now where you can see just the intensity of this fire when it starred and you can 150e the flames shooting from the first floor to the second floor through the roof. this witness tells me that he

matt delucia is live on the scene. matt, what can you tell us? >> reporter: tracy, we got out here 15 20 minutes ago. we started getting video on the scene. this is the apartment that's affected by this fire. this is the winds sore castle apartments on devon sure drive in east windsor. you can see the fire is mostly out at this point. you can see some of the water running down the window panes out here. very heavy fire out here within the past couple of hours. they even had the ladder trucks that are still up here spraying some water onto the roof of this two story structure. over here to the left you can see all of the manpower out here from the fire departments from east windsor and neighboring areas just to get this thing under control. it does appear at this point that it is mostly under control. right now, in fact, i can see some of the firefighters going inside the building doing another check. there's another firefighter going up on a ladder to the second floor of this building. he have' been talking with some of the neighbors out here who

nbc10's matt delucia is live in port richmond. matt. >> reporter: tracy and chris, we're getting a little more daylight out here and that makes all the way. as we zoom in the distance there, you might be able to see some of the workers there with a train at one of the railcars involved in the derailment tuesday night. the investigation has been under way for a full day. the ntsb is looking at the so-called black box of the train in an attempt to find out exactly what was going on leading up to the derailment. what we know from the investigation at this point, the amtrak train was going 106 miles per hour according to the ntsb. then an emergency brake was pulled. and then there was a crash after it came around the curve here at the frankford junction. the speed limit around that curve is 50 miles per hour. the train was going more than twice that speed at the time of the crash. the engineer is 32-year-old brandon bostian. detectives have interviewed him, they took his cell phone, as well as a blood sample. however, the ntsb has said

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is standing live. last tuesday night and wednesday morning we didn't know how long it would take but it is here. >> reporter: that is right, vai. the passengers are already starting to arrive for the first new york bound trip. we are at 30th street station. you can see it is starting to get a little more crowded out here. amtrak workers spent the entire weekend working to repair the track while the city leaders reflected on the derailment. >> last tuesday was the worst day for me as a transportation professional. >> reporter: amtrak ceo joseph boardman saying when passengers get on the train this morning, there will be extra safeguards in place. the rail along that curve in port richmond will have automatic train control that will slow the train if it is speeding. meantime, the fbi is analyzing a grapefruit sized crack in the windshield of the locomotive. the engineer says he has no recollection of what happened but amtrak says it took orders from the federal railroad administration this past week to p

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live. you've already started talking to folks out there bright and early this friday morning, right? >> reporter: that's right, chris. it's still a little early yet. some people have already taken the day off trying to take a four day weekend, start their holiday off right down here at the jersey shore. we're out here on the boardwalk. it's quiet. it's fairly quiet for the moment. the folks need the business considering three out of four casinos shut down last year. they closed up towards the end of last summer. there are eight casinos left this time around. the city is trying to do more in terms of non-gaming activity. the who is playing a concert at boardwalk hall later tonight. this weekend is a time when the businesses out here especially those on the boardwalk, try to gauge how the summer's going to go. i just spoke with someone who worked on the boardwalk. he's a former hot dog vendor. he told me, the times have changed. >> atlantic city days when we had the beach and the boardwalk, t

"nbc 10" matt delucia is tracking this. tell us what's new. >> reporter: vai behind me you can see the spotlights are over the scene trying to illuminate the area. the workers have been out here day and night trying to restore the damaged tracks and removing the rail cars as you mentioned. the ntsb says there were no mechanical issues with the track signals or the tracks themselves. the focus is on the trainee vent recorder, the black box, if you will. investigators spent the day looking at the front breaks and they did a 3-d scan of the two most heavily damaged rail cars before taking them to a secure facility in delaware. interviews of some of the passengers. the engineer brandon bastian has agreed to be interviewed in the next couple of days. bastian has no recollection of the crash. that interview will be more about getting the engineer's side of what happened as opposed to conducting an interrogation. the area meantime as we take another live look it has been released back to amtrak. investigators say they will be back

let's give you a better idea what it looks like now with "nbc 10's" matt delucia.s live in sky force 10. >> reporter: tracy, of course this investigation is only just beginning. right here a little ways down 200 feet or so before where the trains appear to have gone off that track you see some of these workers right there. they're examining part of the rail structure. there is going to be a lot going on throughout the day and the next couple of days to try to figure out what happened what sparked this train to jump off of the rales. let's go over to the left where you can see where all the damage happened down the tracks. 200, 300 feet and then you really start to see all of the damage out here. you see some of that yellow police tape up in this area. you see some cone marking each piece of significance. they're trying to put this altogether. you see one by one all of these train cars right here especially, that's where you start seeing the train cars going completely off the track. my photographer and pilot up here, we were just remarking a couple of minutes ago,

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live in olney at what will be the starting line. matt, tell us more about what still has to get done. >> reporter: tracy, a couple more days left. come sunday morning it will not be clear. it will have 40,000 runners. a very big event out here. 40,000 people will be out here plus their families and supporters. we spoke with the blue cross broad street run race director yesterday, he said volunteers have been very busy the past few days packing food and snacks. they'll continue today. they've been setting up the tents at the navy yard at the finish line. the race starts 1/2 hour earlier this time around. if you've been doing this for the past few years, you want to keep that in mind. the race will be broadcast on "nbc 10." >> live tv coverage this year is a new feature for all of us. we're all working hand in hand to make that a success. we're looking forward to making that happen. we're going to put our best show forward. it's our 36th year doing it. we think we have it down at this point. >> reporter: again, broad street will be clo

we want to go back to up to matt z delucia live in nbc 10's skyforce10. you heard what mayor nutter said. he said he walked the entire live of the devastation with six cars overturned. they know they have so much work to do not only to make sure that everyone is off that train, but also to find out what could have possibly contributed to this. >> reporter: a lot of work, jacqueline. just to really echo what the mayor said, i mean, this really is something that you don't see often at all, and really you don't want to. i mean, this is just quite a scene from up here in skyforce 10 from what we can see, all these overturned cars and the ones that have derailed. you see this one right here appears to be the most heavily damaged. just completely off the tracks here. i mean, right now you can see some of the other train cars in this area and you just see how this one just completely went off the rails. let's pull back just a little bit here and i just want to give you an idea of what's going on around the scene at the moment. you see some of these emergency wor

nbc 10's matt delucia is live on the scene for us there in southwest philadelphia. so matt you've been gathering more information for us since we last saw you, right? >> chris, since we last saw you about an hour ago the entire intersection at 58th and woodland has been reopened and police working to try to clean this up as quickly as possible. firefighters within the past hour cleaning up the gas and oil that spilled on to the roadway there. you see all those vehicles now that are able to move through the intersection shut down quite a while. a little before 3:00 this morning. nbc 10 first on the scene. accident investigators were out here taking pictures of the scene for quite a while and i'm told that officer was originally responding to a call for a woman screaming for help. the officer police say had emergency lights on went through the intersection and was t-boned. now the crash sent the police suv into a light pole knocking down a traffic light. the officer injured his hand and may have a concussion. he's being evaluated right now and there were three people i

. >> all right, matt delucia, we know you're going to stay in the sky for us in skyforce10. we really appreciate that. now let's get to the people being treated as a result of this derailment. more on that from nbc 10's randy gyllenhaal joining us live on the phone at aria health frankford campus where injured passengers are arriving right? >> reporter: we're at frankford hospital, a ten-minute drive from the derailment location. i can tell you we've seen four, five police wagons pull in here with injured casualties aboard. most of these have been the walking wounded type walking into the hospital themselves. some of them with blood on their t-shirts. i've seen a few put on to bheelweal wheelchairs and taken in. nurses and doctors have been waiting in the ambulance bay, police wagons full of patients to come in. we saw two patients being brought in on stretchers. again, most of what we're seeing is walking wounded types. we're trying to get more information from hospital officials about how many patients they're expecting. these nurses and doctors have been standing out here

"nbc 10's" matt delucia live for us outside city hall. matt a lot of people believe this november election is a foregone conclusion and that kenney is the city's fleks mayor, right? >> right, chris. six more months until the general election, but with democrats outnumbering republicans in the city 7 to 1, many believe it won't be a fight in that general election that we're going to see a lot more of this. that was a celebration at jim kenney's party last night. with 98% of the precincts reporting, kenney won the primary with more than half of the vote. voter turnout was low. just under 27%. interesting in this race was the effort to get people to the polls. state senator anthony hardy williams outspent kenney's campaign. that did not matter. he's been in the city council for 23 years. he's vowed to provide universal pre-kindergarten. he wants to end stop and frisk and raise the minimum wage to $15. >>> whether you live in cobbs creek, strawberry mansion, mayfair, we must work together with the understanding that every neighborhood matters.

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live on the scene. matt, at 4:00 you mentioned the surviving victims are being held as suspects. tell us what we know. >> reporter: tracy, that is mainly because of the amount of shell casings and guns that were found here at the scene. just behind me you can see the police are still out here. this is the 3100 block of north 6th street. officers were in this area patrolling when they heard a series of gunshots. they found three victims on the ground. all of them were rushed to temple hospital. two are stable and one is dead. >> both of these victims that are alive are being held as suspects just due to the fact that we found three weapons on the scene so there's a possibility that our victims, all three of the victims, may have been in possession of one of these weapons. >> reporter: police tell us that the detectives out here intend to speak to the surviving victims later this morning. for now the 3100 block of north 6th street remains blocked off. homicide is still investigating. we're working to gathe

"nbc 10's" matt delucia has covered the crash from the start. he's live again at the steen in port richmond. matt, what's happening there now? >> reporter: very similar to what we saw yesterday. a lot more has been learned and a lot more has been done. in the distance behind the philadelphia police car that there is still a lot of activity out there. you see the lights over there by the tracks where this derailment happened and they're trying to get those tracks back in working order so that service can resume. now the ntsb yesterday spent the day looking closer at the trainee vent recorder also looking at the breaking system. there is good quality video leading up to the point of derailment when the train tilts to the right and the train goes black. interviews of some of the passengers have been done. the engineer has agreed to be interviewed in the next couple of days. in the next half hour we'll have more on what investigators want to get from him. for now there are still plenty of questions. service is still suspended. the ntsb says there wer

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is in mongdon. he joins us live at ocean city. matt, day three getting started and you've talked to a lot of those folks, right? >> reporter: that's right. memorial day weekend. this is the day. memorial day. this is the day that we honor all of our fallen heroes. out here at the jersey shore, this is where people come for a little bit of vacation trying to get their summer started. you see on the boardwalk, very quiet. not a soul out here right now. take a look at video. a lot of people outside on the boardwalk, on the beach. the ocean still a little too cold for a lot of folks. we have seen people hanging out at the beach for the unofficial beginning of summer. a lot of people i spoke with on friday said they were tired of the brutal winter we had, all that cold weather. memorial day is a tad earlier than last year. coming up at 4:30 i spoke to some people not here on vacation. for them this summer is the start of something a whole lot bigger. we'll have that in a few minutes. a very quiet boardwalk in ocean city. live i'm matt d

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live in south philadelphia with an update. what have you learned, matt? >> reporter: tracy, a few minutes ago detectives arrived on the scene to continue the investigation. get out of the way. you can see just down the street where the 100 block of rose wood street. right there is where the investigation has been underway for the better part of an hour at this point. we have some video from a little bit earlier when there was more activity from police at the scene. police tell us a man trying to open the door but was not able to get in. someone called 911 and officers responded before he could get in the home. no one was hurt but neighbors have been concerned over two sex assaults in this area. one happened just on sunday morning right here on the 1800 block of rosewood the same block. another case on the 1700 block of chadwick a few blocks away. that was back in march when a woman was sexually assaulted in her home. in those two cases the suspect reportedly wore red gloves. we have seen several police cars leave this area. again, no one injured here. the

"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live on the scene. matt, take us through what happened this morning and what police have found so far. >> reporter: chris, right now police are trying to figure out what started this shooting. whatever this was about, more than 30 gunshots were fired. we're on the 3100 block of north sixth street in northern philadelphia. it happened just after 12:30 this morning. officers were patrolling the area when they heard a barrage of gunshots. they found three victims on the ground. all rushed to temple hospital. two are stable and one was pronounced on arrival. one is a john doe. the other two are in their 20s. investigators have found 32 spent shell casings from two separate caliber guns. they think there might be even more as we take another live look again. police still have the 3100 block of north 6th street blocked off. homicide is investigating. coming up at 4:30 police are holding the two surviving victims at the hospital as suspects.
