we sent nbc 10's matt delucia over 130 in brooklawn, camden county. seeing there, matt? >> reporter: vai and tracy, this is an area that always floods. they're trying to make their way through the remaining flood water. it had been closed, the circle by 130, new broadway. this area had been shut down. just reopened within the past couple of minutes. we saw a worker a few minutes ago clear that storm andre you see out there in the distance and that did help to get some of those floodwaters to start receding and then we started to see some of the vehicles mao through here. still you have this kind of situation in many areas, especially here in south jersey wrrks you have to be careful making your way through the floodwaters. again, if it does look too deep or you don't know what the conditions are, it's best to turn around. we haven't seen too much. it just reopened. we're going to keep a live look on the conditions. >> we talked with penndot about the dangers of trying to drive through the flooded areas like we saw earlier this morning on lincoln drive

matt delucia is live for us. on the schuylkill. matt, what are you seeing? >> reporter: well, vie, it looks very dry on the schuylkill. let's have a look from our vantage point. some vehicles are making their way past us approaching the area near our studios heading toward philadelphia. you can see that most of the road surface has begun to dry up a little bit. we did see problem spots earlier this morning because of some flooding, but at this point, mostly dry streets. in the philadelphia area, we haven't really seen too much in the way of flooding from the schuylkill itself, but at this point, more cars are heading out onto the roadways and the conditions have improved quite sub zhanlly over the past several hours. just a little breeze out here is about the worst we have seen in addition to some of that on street flooding and ponding on the roadways because of perhaps some debris clogging up some storm drains. other than that, it's not too bad. at this point we're going to continue heading through philadelphia, check on the conditions throughout our area.

nbc 10's matt delucia is live at 30th street station to fill us in on what the ntsb plans to do this ith report. matt? >> this release is expected to be some 2,000 paoes long. it will be the bank of information that is used to determine the official cause of the crash of amtrak 188. why was it speeding at more than 100 miles per hour around a 50 mile per hour curve. from what we know at this point, he told investigators he does not remember what happened just before the derailment. the ntsb determined he was not talking or texting on his cell phone and he's not been charged with any crime in this. there's also the question, though, about the dent in the locomotive's windshield, what caused that? the crash killed eight and injured more than 200 people. and this release by the ntsb will be the biggest since june of last year an a final report is expected in the spring. this is the kind of thing that investigators will be looking at and pouring over for the next several months, especially lawyers for the victims and families. right now, amtrak is being sued for close to $300 million. liv
