matt miller, burt pill, jim san giacomo. sir? >> good morning, supervisors. i am the business owner in this corridor. i am here to be the voice of many who would like to see the revitalization of the business district. a small but good example -- that the owner purchased not too many years ago for the purpose of redevelopment. instead of a ghost town and a gathering place for unruly characters, this is a place of community gathering and commerce. we have added many local jobs from people living across the street. the redevelopment project is a much grander scale. i am here to speak on the fact that basically, i cannot guide people in. the infrastructure is outdated, and it needs to be upgraded. the building of this will stimulate the global economy with the housing business and it will enhance transportation. this city needs a tax revenue and jobs. the tax revenue has cut social programs and raise the cost for other services. it will take me 240 quarters because we raise the cost of parking. last week to approve this, to bring the city into the 20 a century.

matt miller, we're going to make a turn to the political section of the afternoon. one the big criticisms last night in the republican presidential debate was the lack of relationship from president obama on economic issues and specifically on the issue of the deficit. has president obama led and whether is that leadership? >> i guess the short answer is, no. and -- but a couple of thoughts linking what's gone before to what you have asked. first the fight over the debt ceiling is not a fight about whether we're going to occur more debt. the republicans are all on record for the ryan budget, expect for three or four of them. the ryan budget in a way that hasn't been widely reported adds to the debt. it doesn't balance the budget. it's only better than obama's framework by comparison, because the obama's framework adds $7 trillion or so in the next ten years. republicans are on record in the massive increases in debt. not a partisan, just looking at ryan's numbers. and if -- as a political matter, i'm not sure why the white house and the democrats don't say let's jus

matt miller is the ceo and president. nice to have you here.great. >> these commercials aired in 2010. that means the economy was in a difficult state. some people would say it still is. how did it affect what we saw on television? >> compared to 2009 the economy was back. one thing we did see in all the spots across the board was that advertisers are more confident in understanding what media was about. and they brought it. some of the ads that are in the show are far and above some of the past years we have seen. you will see it in production, style and in concept. >> let's look at a follow up ad named one of the best. it was honoreded in the humor and performance categories. it's a sequel to the original old spice, the man your man can smell like, commercial. >> hello, ladies. how are you, fantastic. does your man look like me, no. can he smell like me, yes. does he use old spice? i don't know. do you like the smell of adventure? do you want a man who smells like he can bake you a cake in the dream kitchen he built? of course you do. swan di
