. >> ♪ >> good morning, everyone, i'm matt o'donnell. 7:23 on this wednesday july 5th. matt pelman is here with track. good morning, matt. >> again, we are right back into a whole bunch of traffic troubles on this wednesday morning, one in bucks county. southbound lanes of 95 just south of the work zone at 413, it was a motorcycle accident that is still taking out the right lane. police are still on the scene. the bike's up ahead but the two left lanes are getting by. still, though, you're stacked southbound approaching to past 413. then you are slow again farther south from the betsy ross bridge into girard. the jam is back. even though it's not quite as heavy as normal. but everything's reopened around the art museum. cleanup there has ended at least enough that the roads can be reopened. crash on the schuylkill westbound by city avenue is on the side but jammed from the boulevard out to belmont. we had a crash that brought down some poles in whitemarsh township overnight. joshua road closed this morning. militia hill one possible alternate there. matt. >> we'll take

happy fourth of july i'm matt o'donnell. but it's a whole lot of green across the big picture mean nothing normal morning delays. we'll take it but what we do have a bunch of closures because of festivities around independence hall and the parkway and eakins oval and so ramps from the schuylkill and the vine to that area are blocked off like this one from the vine eastbound at 23rd street shut down throughout the day today. some people probably headed down the shore for the day today. if you're doing that, no delays at this point in that ongoing work zone on the ramp from the eastbound expressway to the southbound parkway but later this afternoon and this evening expect plenty of traffic coming back from the shore points on the northbound parkway and the westbound expressway. mass transit's on time but today for the most part we're on sunday schedules because of the holiday. matt. >> and now let's turn to dave murphy for our independence day forecast. goodgood morning, david. >> on the terrace clouds mixing with some sunny b

[laughter] >> unfortunately, yeah. we've got heat and humidity building. right now satellite shows you that there is a mix of clouds and some early sunshine. not a whole lot of rain out to the west right now but there is the possibility of a pop-up shower this morning and some more of that maybe even an isolated strong thunderstorm this afternoon. right now 77 degrees in philadelphia. in the 70's in fact across most of the region and when you check out dewpoints there are a lot of 70's on the dewpoint scale as well and that means oppressive humidity especially when you start getting up into those mid 70's down in millville, dover and cape may. here's where numbers are going. by noon 88. by 3 o'clock, that's your high, 93. and with high humidity, it will feel like it's around 98 at the height of the afternoon heating and there are those thunderstorms popping up

. ♪ >> ♪ >> good morning, i'm matt o'donnell. 7:23 on this tuesday july 25th. n is off matt pelman is here starting off in delaware. first to the first state where we're having big problems in the southbound lanes of 95 this morning matt its a crash in wilmington approaching delaware avenue. single digit speeds coming down from marsh road. steer clear. head for 13 or 495 as always the easy alternate to 95 southbound in delaware. also in delaware still storm damage portions of woodside drive pyles ford road and hillside road all blocked because of a combination of downed trees and flooding. this is the schuylkill expressway eastbound side backing up heading toward the conshohocken curve. but they did paving overnight so at least the ride in the left lane is a little smoother. also overnight there was a big water main break in fishtown. action cam was on the scene at thompson and frankford. portion of shackamaxon also blocked this morning. it is a mess in this area by the fishtown tavern. you definitely want to avoid frankford avenue. if you can stay over on front
