we're joined on the phone by assistant fife chief matt smolsky. what can you tell us? >> good morning. upon arrival, we discovered the partial collapse of one roof and another apartment building whose roof started to sag. we evacuated both apartment buildings. no injuries were reported. as you previously state, we have 67 people who we're sheltering at this time, and along with that we have four pets who were also subject to shelter. >> chief, i want to ask you for your advice. more often than not, attempting to remove snow from a roof can be more hazardous. what can you tell people whose roofs may be at risk? >> removing snow from a roof is highly hazardous. i'd recommend you call a company. it's especially for people who have flat roof. it's more of a hazard because of the concentration for that kind of structure. again, if you have to do it on your own townhouse or residence, i would suggest you get help. don't do it by yourself. never attempt to do it by yourself. always have a partner or let the professionals do it. >> it depends what kind of snow you have. is the
