matt weintraub says make no mistake, they're pulling out all the stops for this investigation. >> amazed and impressed at the amount of manpower that has been dedicated to this and it's really -- we're going to solve this because of all the resources that we're putting together. >> reporter: a team from several law enforcement agencies including the fbi are scouring several locations across bucks county including this property in bensalem and this field in solebury just miles from the spot where authorities found the vehicle belonging to one of the missing men. investigators are searching for 19-year-old dean finocchiaro of middletown, 21-year-old tom meo of plumstead. 19-year-old jimi patrick of bucks county and 22-year-old mark sturgis of pennsburg. patrick was last seen last wednesday. d.a. weintraub came just short of saying this is a case of foul play but he did say he certainly believes that. >> we've been treating this from the outset as a criminal investigation and nothing has deterred that to this point. >> reporter: and so the investigation continues. the next briefing is sched

matt weintraub says if it weren't for the confession of the cosmo dinardo they might still be looking for jimmy patrick's body. on july 7th dinardo told investigators he and his cousin, sean kratz, lured dean finocchiaro tom meo and mark sturgis to the property under the guise of drug deals. dinardo and kratz then allegedly shot the three and put their bodies in a metal tank and burned the bodies before returning the next day to bury the bodies with a backhoe. >> we found them deep in the ground under an old oil tank that was converted to a cooker about 12 and a half feet down and in the sweltering heat and the dust and the pouring down rain many of the men that you seep behind me and many of the men and women that they represent worked tirelessly nonstop selflessly around the clock. we had to force them to leave when their shifts were over. they insisted that they be there every step of the way. >> reporter: dinardo and kratz have been charged with homicide conspiracy robbery and abuse of corpse. in exchange for dinardo's confession, the district attorney has agreed not to pursue the

flanked by fellow investigators district attorney matt weintraub announced the bodies of all four menave been found and identified on the solebury property. >> day after day after day of failure we were successful. >> reporter: here's what dinardo told investigators. on july 5th, cosmo dinardo agreed to sell jimmy patrick 4 pounds of marijuana for $8,000 and drove him to his family's farm. when patrick only had $800 dinardo offered to sell him a shotgun instead. dinardo then shot patrick and used the backhoe to bury his body. on july 7th dinardo agreed to sell dean finocchiaro marijuana but first picked up his cousin sean kratz. the two planned to rob finocchiaro. they take him to the solebury township property where dinardo told police kratz shot him in the head. on july 7 dinardo meets up with tom meo and mark sturgis in peddler's village having made a drug deal with meoo they head to the farm where kratz is waiting. dinardo shoots meo in the head and sturgis is shot as he runs away. dinardo then runs sturgis over with a backhoe. all three bodies are placed in a metal tank. the next
