ron matz has a preview of the world's largest crab feast. >> reporter: navy marine corps memorial stadium is the setting. steamed crabs are the main attraction. the runway club of annapolis is ready for the world's largest crab feast, an annapolis tradition now in its 67th year. >> i tell you, watching the family, friends issue everybody there -- everybody there at navy marine corps stadium. you can't help but smile. >> reporter: 2500 people will be here. they'll chow down on 40,000 crabs, 3400 ears of corn, 130 gallons of soup, hot dogs, and more. >> the feast goes from 5:00 to 8:00. we'll have people coming in quick. crabs will be ready to go. come in, sit down, go for it. >> reporter: it's all you can eat with proceeds going to charities. $70,000 going to charity. many are military. >> many of the nonprofits help to support vetter veterans that are coming back. the habitat for humanity, that type of thing. >> reporter: planning for the big crap feast here starts mont -- months in advance. and more than 200 volunteers help make it happen. >> it is a massive job. but when the volunteers

joining us is lisa matz the director of public policy with aauw or american association of universityanks for being with us. >> good morning. >> can you tell us about what you sent out to analyze these findings ? tell us what's the issue here? >> you know, finally the department of education and their office of civil rights was collecting a civil rights data set. and for the first time this year, they started to collect sexual harassment statistics which of course at our organization we were interested in it. when we looked at the top 20 school districts in the country 14 of them had absolutely no incidents of bullying and harassment which seemed implausible especially given our own research so we decided to send these schools a letter and say it's important, you need to look at how you're reporting things because the only way to address this critical issue is if we're honest with ourselves about how much it happens. >> what is the issue? is it not wanting to put themselves in a bad light, missing the point? what is the issue? >> i think part of it is not wanting to put themselves in
