. >> reporter: hey, holly, maureen good morning to you. i just got in touch with the chief and he's going to send us some information but right now as you mentioned, police heavy response to this report of a double shooting out here at atwood street and rochelle avenue. we have to be careful about where we move the camera because we still see a body bag here. we know forensic services just pulled up. i can tell you nearly a dozen police cruisers on the scene both prince george's county police as well as district heights. we're told that this happened shortly after midnight but right now still just the report of a double shooting. police not confirming whether there are two victims. we know for sure there's one but we're still working on those details now. no suspect information at this time. i did speak here on the scene as soon as we got here. he let me know that family members were here so there is a bit of a group here gathered around this fairly large scene. they've got this whole section blocked off here. it looks like it's some sort

maureen, good morning to you.es, dane powell, he's 31 years old from largo, florida, that's near saint pete, tampa, is going to be here in court at 9 o'clock this morning where has struck a plea deal with the government. he'll plead guilty to assaulting a police officer and a felony rioting charge dating back to inauguration day january 20th when donald trump was taking the oath of office. mr. powell was one of about 230 people arrested that day. the government says they'll be releasing a video of their own later on which will show mr. powell smashing the windows at the starbucks here in downtown later they say he smashed the windows at a mcdonald's on 13th street and at one point threw rocks and bricks at a time police that day during all the craziness that took place at the time that donald trump was taking the oath of office. he, mr. powell, was charged with a number of other crimes but in the plea deal it's just these two felony charges. he had been expo we're told he's now going to face between one to three y
