ktvu's maureen naylor spoke with one of the former priests, and she joins us live not from the diocese office in san jose. >> reporter: the list was expected to come out and it had the names of 15 clergy accused of molesting children here in the bay area. along with rabies priests worked, and exactly the years that they were accused. now, the san jose diocese released the list earlier today, and they had a list of 15 clergy they say are credibly accused of sexually abusing children. 10 of the priests have died. the five who are still alive are listed as permanently banned from ministries. san jose bishop patrick mcgraw issued a statement which says in part, i express my deepest apologies for the actions of those who are in positions of authority, and who violated that sacred trust by abusing children. the sexual abuse of children and young people is an a poly crime and a scene. the accusations range from as early as 1961 to as late as the early 2000s. we did catch up with one of the priests who did not want to do an interview on camera but later agreed to speak to us on the phone. he w
