(grant) new tonight at 5... a staff member at american canyon middle school is arrested after he was allegedly caught on camera inappropriately touching a student. 46-year-old louis gonzalez was arrested and is facing several charges tonight. police say school staff had been reviewing surveillance video after recent fire alarm evacuations... when they say they found footage of gonzalez touching a student in the gym. the video was recorded last month. the school says gonzalez worked as an aide to students with special needs... but he is currently placed on administrative leave. police are now looking into whether there are more victims. (vicki) the situation has gone from bad to worse in hawaii. as people were sleeping this morning, an eruption from kilauea's summit sent ash and smoke 30 thousand feet in the air. and officials warn things may get worse again.. before they get better. right now people who live in the the path of the ash plume are being told to shelter in place. kron4's maureen kelly spoke to fremont police...re concerned there could be additional victims. according to police this all started in oakland in the early morning hours of april 8th when the female victim ordered a lyft trying to catch up with friends. she got into this rented white hyundai elantra.....and asked her driver to take her to berkeley. when that friend wasn't home, police say that lyft driver 24 year old jaswanthreddy baireddy told her he was off duty and offered to take her home. fremont police detective calvin tang says the victim complained when she noticed that he missed her exit.he made comments to try to calm her down, basically to say that she was all right that he was in fact trying to take care of her and ultimately was able to get all the way to fremont to his own residence and convince her to come inside his home as well at that residence on the 38- thousand block of camden street, police say the suspect offered her marijuana and told her he was too tired to drive her back and suggested she lay down. that's

kron4's maureen kelly spoke with a psychologist and addiction specialist ....ing a distrubing trend among some of her young patients who use cannabis.. the majority of them are using cannabis at a variety of levels but the majority of them are using cannabisdr chanda rankin is the chief clinical officer at a teen rehabilation center in the north bay . her biggest concern is that there are a lot of pot strains out there is being cultivated with much higher levels of t-h-c, the psychoactive element in the plant that gets users high. the levels of thc in cannabis today even compare to cannabis 510 years ago and massively different then the thc levels that people were smoking in the 70s and 80s. she says those elevated levels can have very serious consequences... they're taking ingesting so much more but they're getting sick they're getting nauseous they end up having psychosis or hallucinations they end up in the er they end up in the er in emergency are there passed out from primarily from cannabis maybe some other substances are mixed in there but the problem is
