ktvu's maureen naylor now has details in santa clara where we learn much more about the incident at mcdonald's home. maureen. >> reporter: ray mcdonald was at practice here today on what is his 30th birthday. his arrest came at his birthday party over the weekend which today we learned many teammates attended. inside the 49er locker room. ray mcdonald was not at his locker or available to the media. but for the first time since his arrest, multiple teammates spoke out and expressed support. calling him a person of good character. >> i know ray is a great guy. everybody in this locker room knows ray is a great guy. >> the truth will come out. >> reporter: that was mcdonald sunday morning as he was leaving jail. the 49er was arrested on felony domestic violence charges after this 911 call. >> her fiance was hitting her at this address. and was trying to pull her out of the house, she's 10 weeks pregnant and refused medical. >> reporter: today police released new details. >> we know that the officers observed visible injuries on the victim. therefor there was probable cause to arrest mr. mcdonald
