i'm maurice dubois. the threatening letters addressed with poison, one addressed to president obama and two sent to the mayor of new york and his gun control group. it never got anywhere near either man but law enforcement takes every threat seriously so the question tonight is who sent them? our homeland security correspondent bob orr has been working his sources and he has the latest tonight on the investigation. bob? >> reporter: maurice, those letters containing angry threats and low-level ricin were post- marked ten days ago in shreveport, louisiana. now the f.b.i. is doing forensic testing looking for clues that might identify who sent them. the latest poison letter to surface was addressed to president obama. it was intercepted by the secret service in a mail sorting facility on a military base six miles from the white house. law enforcement sources say that letter has all the same markings as two others mailed to new york mayor michael bloomberg and to his washington-based gun control group mayor
