we're working on mission and maxime hall and regards to chinatown and infrastructure improvements, are there still budgets for those or they're going to be deferred to a future bond? >> very good question. for chinatown public health center, the team is working with our consultant to better understand the seismic scope. we have learned that -- i think one of the best things to move forward with the next round of projects is to understand the total project scope. one of the things we learned earlier for both were identified as tender project when added to the bond program but since then we've had to encure the cost of the seismic retrofit. we're working with the team to identify the scope and identify other needs for that project so when we do move forward with chinatown public health center, we have a much more realistic project scope. for the infrastructure project, we are moving forward with that scope. it's a cost-sharing between the project -- the bond program and puc. >> i'm sorry that's puc community health centers. >> public utilities commission. the infrastructure improvement a

cash emission health center at 17th and pawn and maxime hall at pierce and ellis in the western edition neighborhood. both are targeted to start construction december of 2018 in a couple of months. as i mentioned earlier, one of the huge impacts or risks on this component is the fact that we have added seismic scope to both health centers. both projects have been deemed to be a seismic hazard rating of three plus to four. four is a building that is subject to partial or total collapse in the event of a major earthquake. we did similar assessment on chinatown public and the results came back very similar with seismic hazard rating of four as well. so what that means is chinatown public will most likely be deferred to a future bond project so the team can focus on delivering a complete project for cash emission on maxime hall. moving on to the facility, i do want to point out this slide does include a revised component budget 48.6, showing allocation of 5.1 to the fire station to adf allowing the team to deliver a complete adf. the original project budget was inadequate, it didn't include

sighs mick renovation of building 5 and it will be the expansion of southeast health center and maxime hall and castro mission and so a major capitol project and highly complex following up on the successful completion of building 25 and that will be a lot of work and focus over the next couple of years and director garcia has put process in place for oversight and management of all of those projects and they personally as well as the rest of the executive team are very much on top of and the other thing is we'll have trying to think of when it is it's february that we have a capitol planning update coming from the commission so we'll be able to go in to some more detail about it at that meeting. shortly on the heels of that we have in the city's capital plan programmed $155 million up to 155 depending on the program in certificates of participation which are not a geo bond but a different debt paid with the city's general fund those are programs for fiscal year '18 and '19 so the upcoming fiscal year and they will allows us to renovate building 9 on the campus which is the building on the

maximize all available space at the golden gate campus and have developed a positive, strong and collaborative working relationship with gateway middle school. five years ago, i came into this very hall to ask for approval of our charter petition. the board voted unanimously. our charter stated that cac would grow from 256 students to our current enrollment of 440 students. and each year since then using the prop 39 process, creative arts has very clearly communicated to the district that we are simply running out of space. as the district has not offered additional space to us, we have been actively and creatively looking at ways we can stay at the golden gate campus as we are proud to be part of the western addition community. over the last few years we partnered with the district to explore the possibility of expanding our current site. after multiple meetings with various people, we came to the conclusion that expansion would be possible if creative arts could secure the funds, and we have done exactly that. we have applied for and are on the cusp of approving a total of $14 million. we qualify for 7 million in funds from the state, with a matching loan of 7 million that we creat
