good afternoon, president maxwell and commissioners. first item i wanted to report on was the update on negotiations with the 2018 bay delta amendments and voluntary agreements. several weeks ago we were contacted by the state team to have a meeting to discuss what they were putting together and one was a state water contractor representative. one was a federal water contractor representative and one as a sacramento valley water user and san joauquin water valley user. the two two secretaries unveiled a counterproposal to the february 42020 and we do not have a paper copy and it was a power point and we didn't get all the details. what has been happening since then is they have convened the larger water group meeting to unveil the counterproposal. this is quite different and we are evaluating what it means to us because we don't have the information with what we can provide to the commission would be a recommendation going forward with the state proposal. again, i wish i had more detail on the proposal, but there is still a lot of infor
