[applause] -- maya angelou. >> good morning. >> good morning. >> my grandmother said, please follow thething. come home again. so if you ever get a chance, visit cleveland. we want to be the safest city in america, and we want to join you and say this to you all. all our efforts together, but make a difference for our communities and that's what we are so proud to join you. in our effort, cleveland is trying to come and i say this it goes back to the original concept of wait and see. what we're trying to do in cleveland really is take so many single great programs and put them together. we are very fortunate and very lucky in our city that many of the fellow initiatives that have wonderful program designs really have followed what they did decide to end their silence. and this gives you the greatest opportunity to link and integrate those. and in cleveland we want to take advantage of that where a population of young people who are coming into contact because of so many system failures. 15-25 year olds in every city here are suffering from system failure. mental health, education, publi
