now, several of those juveniles have just been arrested down along chester field avenue, mayfield avenue. and one just right here at bel air road and erdmann avenue. we've seen as many as 50 juveniles running out into the middle of the street, stopping cars. police, there's at least 15 or 20 police vehicles right here along bel air road and erdmann avenue, trying to maintain order. it's not clear exactly what these juveniles are doing. but police are arresting them as they can catch them. there's been several foot pursuits. we know of no injuries at this time. several arrests we believe at this time are for fighting or disorderly conduct. but there's at least 30 or 40 juveniles standing at the bus stops or corners here, and dashing out into traffic for no apparent reason. police are still trying to gain control of of the situation. we'll continue to keep you monitored. >> thank you, captain mike perry, reporting live. >>> this saturday, baltimore's own archbishop edwin o'brien will be elevated to cardinal. and all this week, direct from rome, the catholic review is sharing its coverage w
