mazda may soon stop producing cars in the u.s. ford and mazda are close to ending their partnership. going their separate ways would mean the end of u.s. production for mazdathe ford plant in flat rock, michigan, currently produces the mazda 6 mid-size sedan. >>> sony says it's still investigating a claim that computer lacquers hit sony again. these hackers claim they broke into sony's system and found 1 million accounts in plain text. they say they took the information, including names, birthdates, home phone numbers and addresses and put the information on their website. one 84-year-old woman whose name was on the list said all the information posted about her is correct. sony is still restoring service after hackers stole credit card information on 100,000 users. >>> pg&e is running ads apologizing for the deadly san bruno pipeline disaster. a spokesperson is saying not only is the company sorry but a way of admitting needs to regain the public's confidence. the ads will appear in 21 weekly papers. the san bruno explosion killed eight people and destroyed 38 homes. >>> the san francisco public utilities commission is reporting a possible security breach
mazda sending that crashing into a tree. two passengers were thrown from the mazda. >> the driver of the gmc yukon was not injured as a result of the accident but he was subsequently arrested and is being charged with driving under the influence. >> now, the driver of mazda, 53- year-old eugene johnson, and a passenger, 52-year-old gwendolyn denby did die in that crash. another woman in the mazda was also killed. police have not released her identity. >>> the bus company involve in last week's deadly crash on i- 95 now accused of trying to stay in business by simply repainting the names on its buses. the transportation department found that sky express was trying to sell tickets under the names 108 tours and 108 bus. four people tied when the sky express bus ran off the interstate near king's dominion last tuesday. the driver has been charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter. >>> the montgomery county search crews will be back out at the tridelphia reservoir looking for the body of a man believed to have drowned there on friday. investigators say 21-year-old bruce yanson and two others were swimming in the reservoir when yanson went under. >>> new details in europe's deadly e. coli outbreak. officials think they have found the culprit. >>> a

"washington post" reports sulaimon brown gave them copies of the money order. now, brown says he has other revelations he will make when he testifies today before a d.c. council committee. we get more from stacy cohan. >> reporter: sulaimon brown has been the subject of an intense search for weeks. finally a judge compelled him to testify. >> i had a conversation with mr. brown before the investigation began. he said he was very happy to do that. didn't need a subpoena, didn't need anything. >> reporter: brown told fox 5 by phone when he testifies on monday, he says he will produce money orders on top of the five he has already shown the "washington post." he says he will also testify that the fbi was able to get fingerprint dna from envelopes that contained the cash he says gray campaign people gave him and those envelopes have been linked to people in the gray campaign. brown also says the congressional oversight committee investigating this case has pictures of the envelopes. >> he is welcome to bring forward any relevant evidence that he wants. >> reporter: campaign records show brown accepted more than $600 in contributions which brown says came from gray campaign consultant howard brooks. some of the names were misspelled but brown says the donations came from brown's son peyton also called michael, la tonya livingston who brown says is peyton's girlfriend and andrea naylor said to be a relative of howard books. this is not what is of interest to mary cheh. >> i wanted him to come forward because he said one. his claims was that, if he stayed in the race and bashed mayor fenty, that he was promised a job. >> reporter: cheh says she is no prosecutor. she just wants to change procedures where someone can get on a fast track to high- paying government jobs for suspicious, inappropriate reasons. >> fox 5 tried to reach brooks and the friends and relative who allegedly donated to sulaimon brown. >>> there is a promise to look into councilman harry thomas this morning. he is under investigation to find out where he got the money to buy an audi suv. he says he used his own money to buy the suv. there are questions about whether the company where he got the money got a sizable payment from the campaign committee or whether he should have reported the suv as a gift or as income. >>> meanwhile, the trial for the woman accused in a deadly hit and run accident near dupont circle begins today. police say jo rita davidson was driving drunk when she hit kela ryan as ryan tried into a car on connecticut avenue in october. a witness gave officers a license plate number. officers were able to trace the vehicle to davidson and arrest her. >>> bridge county police say alcohol and speed were factors in a crash that killed three people on indian head highway. this happened early sunday morning. this was just south of wilson bridge drive. police say a yukon suv rear- ended a mads da accepting it crashing into the tree. the driver and a passenger died in that crash. another woman in the mazda was also killed. the driver of the yukon is charged with driving under the influence. >>> now to montgomery county where search crews will be back at it at the tridelphia reservoir today looking for the body of a man believed to have drown there had on friday. investigators say the 21-year- old and two others were swimming in the reservoir when he went under. >>> we are also following a developing story. raging wildfires in arizona reaching historic levels. people ordered to leave their homes as the situation is expected to get even worse there. coming up next, we'll get the latest as we check more headlines. stay with us. it is now 4:37. we'll be right back. >>> we are following a developing story this morning. two wildfires are burning in arizona. the so-called wallow fire that is burning near the mexican border is 287 square miles now, which makes it the third largest fire in that state's history. more people in the white mountain communities are being evacuated. hot an
police say a gmc yukon rear-ended a mazda 3 sending it off the road and into a tree. the driver of the mazda and two passengers died at the scene. a fourth passenger was injured but is expected to survive. police say the driver of the yukon and passenger both appeared to be under the influence of alcohol but neither was injured. the driver is in custody but has not been officially charged. four vacant homes damaged after a two-alarm fire in west baltimore. flames broke out after 11:00 in a house in the 1100 block of west baltimore street. the fire spread to the three adjacent homes causing the rear of two of the housing to collapse. officials are still trying to pinpoint the cause of that fire. meantime, baltimore county fire crews had their hands full battling a two-alarm blaze in parkville. officials say the fire started in the basement of an apartment building around 2:30 this morning. no word on what sparked this fire. fortunately, no one was injured during either incident. >> turned out to be a nice day around town today. we had a little rain overnight last night, just in some parts of

investigation began. he said he was very happy to do that, didn't need a subpoena, didn't need anything. >> reporter: brown told fox 5 by phone when he testifies on monday, he says he will produce money order on top of the five he has already shown the "washington post." he says he will also testify that the fbi was able to get fingerprint dna from envelopes that contained the cash he said gray campaign people gave him. and those envelopes have been linked to people in the gray campaign. brown also says the congressional oversight committee investigating this case has pictures of the envelopes. >> he is welcome to bring forward any relevant evidence that he wants. >> reporter: campaign records show brown accepted more than # hundred in contributions which brown says -- more than $600 in contributions which brown says came from howard brooks. brown says the don't aces r indications came from brown's son peyton, also called michael, la tonya livingston and andrea naylor, said to be a relative of howard books. >> i wanted him to come for word because he said one of his claims was that, if he stayed in the race and bashed mayor fenty, that he was promised a job. >> reporter: cheh says she is no professor. she just wants to change procedures where someone can get on a fast track to high- paying government jobs for suspicious inappropriate reasons. now, sulaimon brown is
