[ applause ] chief saenz is our chief of staff. he basically has his hands in everything that happens in the department. deputy chief michael redman. [ applause ] and as stated mike was the former captain of the southern and mike is the deputy chief of operations. so he has oversight over the ten district stations and that is a huge responsibility. huge responsibility. but definitely he is the man up to that task. commander dan perriera.
