and so just give me your "operation strong safety" worked -- i believe in mcallen, texas. is that all texas borders or is that -- >> it's mostly south texas. i've actually seen directly the deployments in the rio grande valley. and obviously as an operator i'm going to tell you that more boots on the ground is always better. is it the most efficient way and those kinds of things? that's -- that really would be for the state to tell you how effective their deployments have been. but i know we've worked closely with them. most of our deployments especially in south texas are near the river, and having the department of public safety, they have some capabilities in rural enforcement and on the river, et cetera but most of that deployment is related to hard top, on the highways. and they've been an asset for us with regard to helping chase smugglers, et cetera. >> operation strong safety, is that continuing? >> as far as i know, it is. >> have you measured at all? do you have kind of a before and after now? >> i can look at all of the data that we've developed. i'm not sure --
