oakland police are investigating two deadly shootings this morning from last night on mcarthur boulevard the first on the 9000 block just before 9:00. a man was shot several times pronounced dead at the scene there. the other was about an hour and a half later on the 2000 block of macarthur, as well. that man was also dead at the scene. so far there are no suspects in either case. >>> later this mornings the superintendent of a school district in albany will address the death of a teacher. james izumizaki was a popular sixth grade teacher but was recently charged with lewd acts with a former student. he was arrested last wednesday and was out on bail when he was found dead. the alameda county sheriff's office is investigating the death as a suicide. >>> today a san mateo man is expected to enter a plea in an alleged kidnapping case. he is accused of trespassing on the campus of parkside elementary school and briefly abducting a 9-year-old girl. the alleged offenses happened on september 21. and police say the girl got away by kicking the suspect and runningback to the school. >>> 4:35. m
